Community Food Pantry
Our next Community Food Pantry USDA Food Distribution is Friday, July 7th Join us as we work together with volunteers from other churches to provide food for persons in our community. Help us unload the NN Food Bank truck and prepare bags Thursday from 8:30 to 11 am. Help us welcome guests and carry bags for them on Friday from 7:45am – 12. Your giving and hard work make a big difference in the lives of hundreds of people in our community each month. God uses this ministry to make an impact here where we live. In March we provided food for 407 persons in our community. In 2016, we distributed 70 tons of food.
United Methodist Women
In May we prepared 10 school kits for annual conference, and we provided food for the blood drive at Warsaw Baptist Church. June 13 will be our last gathering before our summer break, so we are doing something special. Instead of a regular meeting, we are having lunch together at The Daily at 11:30 am. We will not meet again until September, so we encourage all UMW members to come have lunch with us on June 13.
